No, a text can be forwarded to only one cell phone number.

Can a text be forwarded to more than one email address?

Yes, a text can be forwarded to multiple email addresses.

Can a text be forwarded to both an email address and a cell phone number?

No, a text can be forwarded to either a cell phone number or an email but not both.

Can I reply to a forwarded text?

Yes, if the text is forwarded to your email, you can reply back using your email REPLY function.
